Multi-Rotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (MRUAS) Program

UAVAIR is a drone education provider to the Australian Army who are the largest, most experienced, and safest operation of drones in the country. UAVAIR are providing drone training across 11 location around Australia with over 1000 Army soldiers receiving training.
The Australian Defence Force has engaged the expertise of UAVAIR to develop a Multi-Rotor Unmanned Aerial System (MRUAS) training program. UAVAIR’s experience in unmanned systems training will ensure you are provided with the fundamentals for operating your MRUAS.
This course has been designed to provide you with the understanding, knowledge and skills to safely & confidently operate and fly MRUAS whilst adhering to Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR).
This Course Covers
Topics covered in the MRUAS online training program will cover numerous topics on how to safely and efficiently operate RPAS, How to set up Pre and Post flight checklists and Aviation Operation Principles.
No one wants to be a mediocre pilot. In this module we will teach you about the basics of flight, including risk identification and management, controlling your copter and some tips and tricks to avoid making common mistakes.
Completing regular maintenance is imperative for the upkeep and safe use of your copter.
