UAVAIR is excited to collaborate with Griffith University, renowned for its international reputation over the past 30 years for producing aviation graduates who are industry-ready. Griffith’s innovative approach to aviation education equips students with the skills for lifelong learning in an evolving aviation environment, covering areas such as aviation management, navigation, and planning.

By gaining experience in uncrewed systems, students develop a strong understanding of aviation principles that can support their progression into Griffith’s Aviation programs. This connection ensures students are well-prepared for further studies and future careers in both the UAV and manned aviation sectors.

Exclusive Opportunity

Our Certificate 3 in Aviation (Remote Pilot) provides direct entry into Griffith’s Bachelor of Aviation and grants students credit for one third-year unit (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems – 3703ENG – 10 credit points), enhancing their academic journey and industry readiness.

Know Your Drone – CASA

UAVAIR has teamed up with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to help educate young pilots on the importance of flying drones safely and responsibly. Together, we aim to ensure that all recreational drone flyers understand the rules of the sky and how to stay compliant with aviation regulations.

We encourage all drone enthusiasts to test their knowledge with CASA’s “Know Your Drone” quiz. It’s a fun way to make sure you’re up to speed on the rules. CASA has quizzed thousands of recreational drone flyers on the drone safety rules, and on average, users scored 8 out of 11!

Take the quiz here and see how you stack up!
